    I've got a short advertorial video, under 4 minutes, that needs to be translated from English to German. I'm not just looking for simple subtitles, I need the translation to be dubbed with voice cloning and perfectly synced with the lips of the speaker. You can put the German subs on top of the English ones. You have to be able to control the input and output of the translation. If you use AIs like Heygen where you only have automatic translation option this will not work. The translation always has mistakes.
