I am looking for a CA who can do some returns for me in India. The project is not for any CA with experience of less than 10 years. Presumptive Taxation in ITR 3 and not 4 needs to be filed. If you don't understand how is that possible then this project is not for you. The filing has to be done using the income tax portal and you need to save it as draft. CA from our firm will later check the data and file themselves. No softwares to be used. Loss adjustment might also be required. Your quote needs to be less than 5000. This project will follow long term contract afterwards.
