We are looking for a civil engineer to help us build a patio on the side of Oviedo Bowling Center. This will be an area where overflow of guests can comfortably wait for a lane or spend an evening. Food and alcohol will be permitted in this area, it will need a fence around the border. Large concrete slab patio with metal awning most of it. Have concrete company and awning company secured. City of Oviedo says that we need a civil engineer to provide signed and stamped plans and a "amendment to the site development order." I have a pre existing deck and patio that was built about 14 months ago. I used the steeline galvanised steel c section beams for construction of the bearers and jousts and ecodecing from bunnings for the flooring. The patio roof is an aluminium kit also from steeline. I uaed the footing design for a cyclone area from the design that steeline issued me with. I can supply a diagram and photos of the structure.
