I'm looking for a skilled professional to repair my Suntuf patio roof that has suffered aesthetic damage. The project involves repairing the roof to restore its original appearance. Garage floor is cracked and has 3 different heights of cement. I have owned this house for 12 years and garage has always been that way but always worsening. Now, after the winter snow melted, the back patio has cracked in 7 places and a level shows the house is sinking lower than the portion of the patio that is farthest from the house. The step down has also cracked and the brick platform and walkway in the back has sunk toward the house when it was perfectly level last fall when the new air conditioner was installed atop the brick platform.
