We are seeking a highly young organized and detail-oriented Virtual Sales Assistant with expertise in interior CRM management to join our sales team. As an interior CRM Specialist, you will help optimize our sales processes, streamline data management, and ensure seamless communication within the team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a strong background in CRM administration and a passion for driving sales efficiency. Responsibilities: Interior/Furniture CRM Administration: Use Google drive CRM to align with the sales team's workflow. Implement and maintain data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Data Entry and Management: Input, update, organize and communicate with leads, contacts, and opportunities in Pipedrive. Move leads to deals and close deals or send them to our lead sales advisor for any communication needed to close Regularly audit and clean up data to eliminate duplicates and ensure accuracy. Import and export data as needed, maintaining consistency across the CRM. Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with the sales team to understand their processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement automation and workflow rules to streamline sales processes. Provide support to sales team members on effective use of Pipedrive features. Reporting and Analytics: Generate custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively identify trends or areas for improvement. Work with management to create ad-hoc reports for strategic decision-making. Integration Management: Integrate drive with other tools and applications used by the sales team. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless data flow. Stay updated on new Pipedrive features and recommend integrations for enhanced functionality. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Virtual Sales Assistant or similar role with a focus on Pipedrive CRM. In-depth knowledge of Pipedrive CRM features, customization, and administration. Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems. Familiarity with sales processes and a customer-centric mindset. Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
