We are seeking someone with a background in customer service and registration processing/data entry to assist with online support. This individual will handle processing attendance registrations and provide basic analysis, triaging to the appropriate escalation points/contact person, and answering general inquiries about our national meetings. The vast majority of this work will be done over email in our internal ticketing system, Salesforce. Experience in the hospitality industry or administrative support is helpful. High attention to detail is key as there are many moving parts to this job. Must exhibit the ability to understand how restrictions work and follow specific processes to assure registrations are completed accurately. Previous experience with [login to view URL] is preferred.

I do have experience in hospitality as well as administrative background, attention to detail and willingness to continue a career working as a virtual assistant which I have done before whit excellent results.
