I am looking for a virtual assistant for my store that answers and solves my customers' problems, they are about 10/15 emails per day, I am looking for someone who has past experiences in dealing with customers, kind, who solves their problems but at the same time think about the interests of my company. I read and understood your requirements - customer support . I am sure i will be best suitable for this position since i have good experience in handling customer care work, I have handled customer care for companies - Altius technologies ( they provide templates through knowledge base ) and Blisstel communications Support ( handled calls as well as tickets via fresh desk) . Ciao, Yes I am the right guy for the job. What I do best as a customer support in he past 4+ years is troubleshooting and solving customers problems, finding workarounds too, and all that in the best interest for the company and for the client. I am a tech savvy with Mensa level IQ, and I come from an European country. In the most part of my experience I do my job via livechat and emails, so the adaptation period should be really quick for me. I am interested in long term collaboration, but I would still like to learn more about the job, like working hours, payment increase/bonuses/rewards, after all to be honest I am applying for any job mainly because of the money which are constant need, although I enjoy helping people and customer support gives this opportunity to feel worthy when I'm helpful.
