Model Cam Follower System

I am looking for someone to code a cam follower system for an automotive engine as explained in the document linked below. [login to view URL] Preferably to be done in VB.net. I am hoping to find someone that has experience in this type of work or can reuse some existing code that you know of, please explain what you can do. Beginning this from nothing may be too expensive and unnecessary since it is often done as school assignments.
