Real Estate Investor seeking a professional virtual assistant, who is internet-savvy to work part-time on an hourly basis on a variety of projects and tasks. MUST HAVE EXCELLENT / E-MAIL COMMUNICATION. The role requires 10 hours of work per week (for a total of 40-hours per month), with the goal of increasing this. Job is open to Philippine residents "Only". Ongoing duties include: • Market research via the internet, GOOD fast web research skills • Data Entry. Excel data Entry. • Completing documents (as instructed) and e-mailing to folks • Have the ability to print and if necessary fax • Can follow-up via telephone (CST) or email to website client(s) requests. • Is detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, reliable and takes pride in doing prompt, quality work. • GOOD HTML ability/ web maintenance/ Cutting & pasting content into sites. • Writing/edit brief website descriptions • SEO, Search Engine Optimization including manual directory submission, link building and social bookmarking, article writing/re-writes. • Other web related tasks It is essential that you have experience in most of the requirements above and be well organized. Experience with word press an asset – We use word press a lot. Must have excel and be able to use it for basics. Basic technical skills a must – eg creating anchor text links in html - any other technical skills like an asset. You must have a high speed internet connection and your own computer. Again, this is for a long term working relationship desired if you are not planning on being around please do not apply. The right person: • Is very competent at doing research and writing for the internet • Speaks and writes FLUENT American English. • Must be able to be reached by telephone (skype), email or Gmail chat, during USA CST time. • Is detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, reliable and takes pride in doing prompt, quality work. I am looking for a dependable, attentive self starter person, so I do not have to tell that person, things twice. The rate of pay I am looking for is $2.00 per hour (final budget). *Pay will be $80 USD a month to start – Payable weekly (Sunda’s) through GAF/Escrow. Room for advancement. Pay and hour increases for the right person, we want you to grow along with us. Pay and hours review after 3 months. 10 hours per week – (2 hours per day 5 days a week / Monday thru Friday) No companies – only individuals need apply. Please include the "VA" in your reply so we know you have read and understood the above. Our Work & NDA agreement required. Job is paid weekly, upon each project completion. I came from the corporate world, having resigned late 2007 as the GM of a local water business. Currently, I am doing real estate business - which coincides with your requirement. However, one of my long-term plan is to set-up a virtual assistant business here in our place where outsourcing is an emerging business. I can do very technical work as you have mentioned.
