I am from the Philippines and very interested in the position as Virtual Assistant for your Real Estate Project.
I came from the corporate world, having resigned late 2007 as the GM of a local water business. Currently, I am doing real estate business - which coincides with your requirement. However, one of my long-term plan is to set-up a virtual assistant business here in our place where outsourcing is an emerging business.
I can do very technical work as you have mentioned. From routinary office work to high-end such as technical writing, financial analysis, marketing. I am also very familiar with Office softwares- word, excel, and powerpoint.
I am likewise very comfortable with online work, having yahoo, gmail, and skype accounts, facebook, twitter.
As a confidence building measure, I am agreeable to your budget of USD2.0 per hour, initially 40 hours for the month.
