We are looking to hire a virtual assistant. This position will require a person that has vast experience in customer service, phone enquiries, project follow ups, data entry (CRM), email writing and handling. You will also require basic knowledge in Website design process. You will be reporting to our creative director, tasks that will be allocated include: Client follow up emails Project follow up Email replies CRM updating Appointment setting Calendar management More duties may be included as this role develops. Please provide a PERSONAL introduction which should be tailored to the above requirements, your 3 most recent positions & companies worked for. Should you be shortlisted an interview with our creative director will be required.
