I'm having issues on my Linux (Ubuntu 20.04 LTS) server and need an experienced person to assist / find the issue. The server has some services running, which are open in the UFW and reachable from the public sources (example: mail-server is reachable and works with no issues). When installing for example Squid proxy, or running a listener on new custom port (with ncat for e.g.), the port cannot be reached, even if allowed in UFW (or even if UFW is disabled). When I for example stop currently running & reachable nginx (port 80, 443), and run squid on port 80, it works .. So, it seems that all NEW services which are listening on "new" ports, are not reachable. For unknown reasons..

I am building a ecommerce site now lets say the domain is A. its running on ubuntu 20.4 apache2 server. In a datacenter in america I have to build a site with domain B which shows exactly whats on the domain A running nginx. Without redirecting to the site. kind of a proxy server for A. I have a problem using 3proxy on ubuntu, the proxy server should change the IP on each request but somehow keep-alive connections prevent 3proxy from changing the IPs and push it to use the same IP over and over which cuz a problem to me. We use Haproxy as a load balancer as well. The solution: Must force 3proxy or ubuntu to change the IP even with a long TCP connection (keep-alive), or force Linux to kill the request once finished. Or Kill TIME_WAIT connections after 5 seconds instantly. There is any solution for that? I need an expert please we don't have time for testing. NOTE: We are using IPv6 proxies.
