hls player with google opensocial api using .webp

Some streaming sites are using the following google url.

" [login to view URL]"

And at the end of each segment of the m3u8 where it should be ".ts" they are using ".webp".

was trying to use the google API "[login to view URL]" in my code and I got the following error 403 in the player and the video doesn't play.
