Hello. I have a ready to use solution. It allows you to manage proxies & create users for each modem & also it has web and CLI API. Please tell me what are your modems? My system supports Huawei, ZTE MF, Anydata, Alcatel modems. I have finished a lot of similar projects where the goal was to build a 4g proxy farm.
