Please help me to design a new BBQ skewer. The head of the skewer is formed by a coiled spring and food such as steak or mushroom can be lodged securely within each coil for barbequing. The proximal end of the coil spring is a spiral with narrow diameter. There is a separate handle with its distal end designed to be engaged with this spiral in forming a complete BBQ skewer.

Hello I am interested in the process and cost to design a prototype part for a new style wind generator using the shape of a chambered Nautilis. The first proto type can be approximately 18" overall diameter and approx 8 to 9" width. I wanted to add a design feature at the center point for the start of the Golden Ratio spiral. I am working on thermoacoustic engine model. The main part of the engine is called the stack which is a type of a heat exchanger. The spiral solid works file is attached. The stack is heated experimentally by inserting a nichrome wire through the grooves that are present in the 3D model heating that surface of the stack while the other surface remains cold. A numerical model is needed for this product and a constant temperature should be assigned to the grooves while room temperature is assigned to the opposite surface. Temperature distribution on the heat surface is needed and temperature gradient from hot to cold is also needed. More details can be discussed later.
