We have an excel with macro script which converts a PDF (FFE 1a, 2a, 3a) to EXCEL (FFE) that allows us to be able to read all information we need. We would like to automate the extraction, transformation and loading of health standard language 7 (HL7) files into a MySQL database hosted on a Microsoft Windows server.
