I'm seeking a proficient virtual assistant to tackle diverse tasks, centering on scheduling, data entry, internet research and document creation. This role involves the daily entry of data from various tables into a one table. Additionally, the assistant will be responsible for organizing my calendar to help me efficiently manage time and not miss any commitments. Working knowledge of the following software and tools is necessary: - Microsoft Excel - Google Calendar - OneDrive - Google Sheets - Microsoft Word - PDF Experience processing a bulk of data (100-500 entries) into Excel is crucial for this role. Attention to detail, ability to manage time efficiently, and organizational skills will be integral for successfully handling various assignments. In your bid, please share your experience with these tools and tasks. Familiarity with scheduling tools and spreadsheet management will be advantageous. Proven experience as a virtual assistant will be highly regarded.
