We are looking for a super star to join our growing business. A reliable Virtual Assistant, initially for 10 hours weekly (2 hour per day Monday-Friday), to help drive forward and oversee delivery of digital services to local UK businesses. You will need to be reliable and possess a broad skill set with an eagerness to go above and beyond to deliver excellence. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision, be able to propose and implement improvements to process and procedures to help drive business growth. I need someone who can turn their hand to pretty much any desk based task I set them, in order to drive up productivity within my business. You will have an ability to communicate clearly and concisely at board level, with colleagues and with clients. Tasks will include among others; Monitoring and organizing schedules across the team Customer support, email Organising Tasks and Projects Organising/ Allocating work to team members Maintaining contacts and CRM Online research / Data entry Creating and maintaining data (excel and databases) Maintaining and updating website content Build / configure WP sites Social media marketing General book keeping and financial transaction recording Processing payment and reconciliations Posting of Invoices to accounts General Back office admin as required We have worked with off-shore partners for a long time, however they must be able to operate during UK hours and be fluent in English.
