Looking for a Smart A++ Virtual Assistant for Long term work

Some of your responsibilities will be: 1. Respond to all incoming emails in a very professional and timely manner. 2. Answer Incoming calls of Sales Line (We will direct them to your mobile number) during the time of your work. 3. Acquire us Leads - by doing research on different companies and approaching them cold via email and also via Phone (Skype). 4. Write Proposal for these Leads (We will provide a template) 5. Do QA of mobile applications (We need you to have a iPhone/Android device). 6. Write QA Reports and communicate with Vendor. 7. Assist in Ad hoc secretarial tasks. 8. Create and Manage our Social Media Channels (Facebook, Instagram). 9. Create and Manage our Blogs - If you are not writing the content, we may need you to manage our writers and give them tasks. 10. Be able to Listen to voice/text messages and respond to voice/text messages at all times via Mobile. This can be done via WhatsApp or Voxer (Our preference). 11. Be active on Skype during working hours. We will use Trello for managing your tasks. 12. Do various kind of research, data entry etc. 13. Account Management / Customer Support
