Forum Admin

we have a forum built and ready to start. Our problem is we have no one on staff who has the time to administer the forum. This can start as a few month project and then if all parties are agreeable this can convert into a more permanent job. We need just part-time, approximately 1 hour per day or less. It may be the best way to check on things would be 1/2 hour twice a day, depending on traffic levels. Of course if more time is needed you would be compensated accordingly. The forum is for users of our software product. The admin would need to do the following tasks: 1) watch for questions and complaints about the software and answer them as nicely and promptly as possible. If unable to answer for any reason, then notify us immediately 2) watch for spam and block / delete it. 3) keep posts on-topic, if topic is not in right category move it to correct one. If subject wanders too far from our product, notify us so we can remind if needed. 4) add some posts / write some content for areas where not much is being posted or add topics when things are "dragging" You will be furnished with a free copy of the software so that you can speak knowledgeably to other users on the forum. The software is hobby modeling software so obviously an interest in either model trains, wargames, dollhouses or all three is a bit plus. The forum is phpBB and is already fully set-up with working catchypa that filter 99.9% of automated spam out already. Topics are pre-set up, turnkey to get this started.
