Build me a prototype for my game project

To all skilled Gaming Devs; I require a game developer to build a simple prototype for only one of many mini games in my gaming project. The game is very simple and requires only one environment and basic physics along with a timer and scoreboard. The game is based on a ring that is tossed onto a board of pegs in the middle of the envrioment. The aim is to get the rings onto one of the pegs to get a point and to get as many points as possible in 60 secs. I would also like to add a few extra features and the game must also obey some conditions. Conditions are as follow; Some basic sound would be good Discuss which engine will be used either unity or unreal for play across multiple platforms The player doesn't need to be seen throwing the rings Discuss which inputs would be best for the game toss the ring in different directions, height and speeds. The placement of the pegs must randomly shift position for every game A high score will display on the top right. One peg will flash every few secs and then disappear as the timer heads from 60 secs to 0 The physics of the ring itself must change slightly in a random fashion after every game. A random golden ring is worth 5 points that will appear in a different spot each game. When it is hit, it will flash and disappear. Once a game a special peg will appear to be further in the distance on its own and float past the screen as a high risk high reward item.. If the ring is hit , the player will get a bonus wheel spin that will do one of the following when the player stops the wheel. 1) Increase the players speed of ring toss for the remainder of the game by 30% 2) Throw two rings at once 3) Makes the ring bigger to make it easier to hoop rings. I will provide some additional information to the winner. The game prototype needs to be started ASAP and finished ASAP.. I would appreciate you letting me know how long you think this will take.
