I wondering about any project needs such colors and materials that you request in each room. will you be providing me with such details or have any source images or will the ones in 3dsMax be ok for your needs? ---------- Assuming this is a two story, three bedroom residential house. this would be my plan below. making adjustments based on the actual project First working day - I would import the floor plan and build the basic walls follow your high-res layout. and then I would cut any doors and windows into the first floor adding additional thickness for outer walls to accommodate for paneling or bricks for thickness. and I would create a basic outdoor lighting system to simulate basic indoor lighting to prepare for materials. Second & Third day - I will unwrap the first floor and create/apply materials and adjust the lighting a little bit more. Forth day - I would create the upstairs reusing many of the created/provided assets to finish quickly with moderate quality. but at this time I would spend time to finish the outside roof and details (of the structure). creating/applying any materials as well. Fifth day - Polishing any detail work inside and outside (lighting as well). if time permits I too would like to create the lawn on this day (no foliage - only grass). Sixth day - Landscaping and camera setup. Rendering images. Seventh day - deliver and rest. :) Eight day - follow up with you to make any small adjustments (camera adj., material adj. and sun adj)
