I can undertake this job for you, since I : 1- Am computer literate : Worked at Toshiba Global Call Center for 3 years as L2 tech support agent. 2- Have great soft skills on the phone : 6 years of call center experience on aggregate. 3- Have proven telesales skills 4- Have infrastructure for home based work.
