Market validation of on-demand service (Uber for X) in India.

A Swiss company is looking to market test a business idea in one of the major cities in India. Idea is related to On-demand services (Uber for X). Person hired have the full leadership role and control over the planning and execution. Further details of idea to be discussed during interview. Market viability of idea based on consumer demand and potential profitability. 2. Market validated metrics for the company. 3. Anything that is needed to decide further investment (or not). Job: 1. Prepare an execution plan for next 4-6 months (with your own suggestions). 2. Manage work need to be outsourced (example: website development). 3. Hire required employees. 4. Advertise/Marketing/sales 5. Manage operations 6. Re-plan and pivot when needed. 7. Report and consult regularly with assigned management person from Switzerland. Duration: Initially 4-6 months, can be extended further based on the board decision according to the success of the project (further investment). Compensation: To be negotiated within a combination of Money and equity (in the parent Swiss company including operations in Mexico and India). Resources available: 1. Cash 2. One senior board member working part time (on the ground in India when needed). Requirement: 1. MBA or equivalent entrepreneurial experience. 2. Full time (or almost full time) engagement. 3. Residence in (or relocation to) New Delhi/NCR is preferred. However, other major cities in India can also be considered. 4. In person interview (face to face) in the final round of selection. 5.
