Get an eMail database

Hi, I need a eMail ID databa base from Mexico * Only from Mexico ( .[login to view URL] & .com ). * Only high executives: managers, executive director, director general, CEOs. * Only private and corporate (medium and large companies) and owners of business. * The key is : I need to make contact with 'high executives' who makes the decisions. - Not Government, schools, universities, and non profitables companies, no companies from this criteria/target. - Not grafic design, web design, hosting, SEO companies and real state. - Not @[login to view URL] - @[login to view URL] - @[login to view URL] , etc... - Not info @[login to view URL], no sales @[login to view URL] , no emails from secretaries , etc... - Not students or moms or sales ejecutives , etc.... - Must be updated database because I dont want to get blacklisted by any of several major ISP's and email providers.
