I'm looking for someone to help guide me in setting up a self hosted VAST tag adserver for my websites to use for pre-roll ads. I know of quite a few options on the market, but I'm really wanting to find a self hosted one that does not charge a high CPM to use. If you happen to know and really like a cloud based solution, feel free to pitch that to me as well. If I use your idea, I'll pay you as well. Also, a requirement is that it would be easy to optimize and manage several VAST tags in a waterfall system for each website. If you have experience in this, please reach out via PMB.
