Build, rebuild and Fix functionality on an unfinished website.

We will be building and rebuilding complex functionality into an unfinished website. This project is only a portion/part of the total work that the website needs overall before we can actually go "live", so we are looking for a serious team or individual to take over this project and if the work dynamic is good, then we would be interested in continue working in the coming parts that need to be worked on in the website. There are three files attached, one is an excel with milestones and tasks within them, it outlines the general tasks that we need to work on and the order. We would prefer to work on one Milestone at a time so that we can ensure 100% completion of functionalities before we can move on to the next item. There are also to PDF files that are more detailed descriptions of the two major functionalities we will be working on, these are key to really get a full understanding of what we need to do All three documents should be taken into consideration, as we need 100% of the items outlined in them.
