Fix and finish a complex website

I have been working on this project by myself for the past three years. I have worked with three teams and we are now in the third version of the website.
The website is a business directory, an event calendar and a special offer database for my city.
It has a front end where any user can create a profile for either one of the three categories mentioned above in either a free or a payed version. There is also plenty of advertising space in the form of slide shows and banners and two search functionalities for the database, one that searches through time sensitive profiles (events and special offers) and one that searches through all possible profile, these are separate because of the filters used to sort through the profiles.
It also has a back end where the admin team can manage pretty much every aspect of the website itself. Here users can be created and assigned to groups that actually contain various permissions, this groups can also be created and permissions are allocated when this are created.
There are plenty of functionalities that need to be fixed and some that need to be build from scratch, along with a lot of bugs that need to be polished.
It is hard to explain the entire thing in detail through here but above is a brief that should give anyone an idea.
This is not a simple or an easy project to take on, but I will see it through with someone how has the experience and the skill work on it and deliver proper finished project.
