html on website needs to be fixed

I am helping a freind with a website someone else made. The did some stuff with excell and made it a webpage and it is hard to load some of the pages don't load right. I want the html cleaned up. No graphics just check the html and make it html conform to the W3C you can use html tiddy at [login to view URL] Also, if you have any new ideas for the side bar for the links to pages. But that is it I just don't have time and would like it done in the next 24 hours. I can zip the files are you can download the site at [login to view URL] it is about 10 very simple pages.
