hotel website with property management system

Need some one that has done this before full description of needs below the name of the hotel is The HOTEL located North Ambergris Caye, Belize hotel will have a spa, 3 bars and restaurant and only 21 rooms Designer will custom design and deliver a complete (tempate) (we do not have complete photos at this point) and functional website with a Content Management System. The Content Management System gives the Client complete control of their website, and it allows for the website's continuous growth and expansion. Client will need to be able to make updates such as with word press or other type program design that is user friendly. this is to make basic updates on specials upload photos etc. Designer will create the design with a modern and elegant look and feel, clearly distinguishing the Hotel from its competitors, as well as providing visitors with compelling and intuitive navigation. WE ARE GOING FOR A BLACK AND WHITE COLOR THEME Designer will provide customized, search engine friendly copy and website organization. Designer will create compelling and impactful content for the website emphasizing the Hotel's unique value propositions and competitive messages.
