I believe 5 days is enough to develop the game using Unity. The only disadvantage would be the Unity splash screen that appears when you open a game developed in the free version. Also, with the project developed with Unity, you will be able to easily port the game to other plataforms(mobile, web, desktop). I can also create all the art, but I can not create the sound. So I would find some music and sounds free for commercial use. If you are interested, please do not take too long to notify me, as I am looking for some other jobs.
