Generating leads for motivated sellers (owners) of real estate in the UK This will involve data processing and scraping tasks such as: - identifying real estate listings for properties that have not sold in over 60-90 days - reviewing classified advertisements for private real estate owners  - etc.  You must have experience working with real estate companies or private real estate investors. You are well experienced with CRM system Podio. Your Communication skills are excellent and your English is good in speaking and writing. Specific details I only want properties for sale by OWNER (not for sale by agent or commercial sellers). Properties that are listed for 6 months or later in the UK and have not been sold. I need: mobile phone, name, property address, link on website, date of listing (which is at least 6 months or older) Area: all UK, area does not not matter
