$7,000 per week California weight loss resort needs leads

Looking for pre-qualified leads for luxury, 5 star, expensive ($7,000 per week), weight loss spa in Santa Monica, California USA. The people who come to our facility are celebrities, top business people and entrepreneurs, and overall, the top 3 percent of wealth/income earners who want to become healthier and lose weight. We will pay up to $3 per lead for the first 200 leads as a trial, then up to as much as $15 per lead if the leads are converting well. Please place your bid for 200 leads (if your bid is $1 per lead the bid will be for $200, if you bid the maximum $3 per lead the bid will be $600). In order for the leads to be "pre-qualified" they need to contain the person's name, email, phone number, and they must have inquired about a luxury weight loss service and meet the income requirements (top 3% income earner/spouse).
