I need a coder for my project to improve the Xash3D engine and mod, in order to be compatible with Opposing Force and Blue Shift and to accept the BSP2 map format in order to expand limits.
I have carefully assembled instructions ([login to view URL]) for how to properly install the WON-version of Half-Life 1.1.1.2, which the mod is dependent on. In the file '[login to view URL]' you will find what needs to be done, a testing map ([login to view URL]) is included to swiftly verify the changes. You will be responsible for finding the required filenames (and paths) for models and sounds in the weapon model's QC file and for correctly assembling the mod (and all of its resources) into a playable format. The engine/mod/map compilers shall ship in 2 versions: 'Game ready' and 'Complete source code'.
In order to ease the installation process ISO-files of the game can be downloaded (upon request) from my Google Drive. The map uses '[login to view URL]' and '[login to view URL]', which can be downloaded from here.
