I am an Telecom/Network professional having worked for more than 12 years now.
I have been working on Avaya solutions since start of my career over a period of last 12 years, I have gained expertise working on Telephony solution(Avaya Red & Blue(Nortel legacy),Cisco, MS Lync, Asterisk, hosted PBX solution and contact center solution & also other Collaboration/Video and CRM solutions. And now I worked on latest version of products, solutions provided by these provider leveraging latest technology of VOIP and networking.
I am Avaya Certified Implementation/Support Specialist and Cisco Certified Network professional in Voice/Collaboration and CCNA in Routing & Switching.
I have worked supporting these PBX remotely while rarely seeking support of local hands on ground and also open to support other PBX with little documentation made available for them.
I am flexible with working hours and that should not be an issue. I have quoted hourly fee and open to discuss the fee and various options available to make it a win-win situation for both of us.
Also, though I have expertise with Avaya/Nortel, Cisco but little exposure to Alcatel/NEC/Philips, I may also propose to bring on-board engineers with those skills if you wish so. In that way, I may work as your offshore partner. If not, I would still request you to evaluate me as an engineer with my skills mentioned.
