Tech Support for SEO Program

I am preparing to launch a new program that will require a small level of technical support. The program/product includes: 1. One 52-page e-Book on performing simple search engine optimization techniques. The e-Book is made using “ebookgold?? <[login to view URL]>and will use their PIN system for authentication and security to prevent piracy. 2. One MS Word macro document for automating some data merges (very small; simple) and a Web version of same for those without MS Word (single Web page) 3. One piece of custom software for domain name research (single form; simple) This is for backend support only. You will only be supporting people who have made a purchase already ??" NOT pre-sales. Methods of support will include responding to email and/or help desk tickets. No phone or chat required. The most likely requests for support will be related to software key installation for people who simply did not read or understand the instructions on the download page. However, any number of questions may result. As this has not yet been launched, I do not have a baseline of comparison.
