For the past years, I worked as a virtual admin assistant, web researcher, data entry clerk, and email correspondent on Freelancer and some BPO companies. I have excellent experience in data entry, data mining, researching, and managing extracted data in Google Spreadsheet, MS Excel, CRM and other related applications.
Most of the projects I completed on Freelancer required strong data entry and research skills. One of these projects is going through several websites and identifying companies from different parts of the world that offer graduate programs. Then, I enter relevant data from the websites into a Google Form. I also worked on database building projects, which includes copying and pasting of information from websites to Google Spreadsheet. Also, I've been a part of an account team of an Australian based company and was tasked to process invoices and update the company’s system database.
As a web researcher and email corresponding agent for 3 years, I looked for names and contact information of school personnel in charge of a department school’s website. We reached out to them through email regarding a free resource that they might be interested to post on their websites.
