I'm looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help with data entry on Trello and Google Drive, to support our learning and content review process. You will be responsible for managing tasks primarily on Trello and Google Drive.
This will include:
- Entering text onto Trello boards
- Organizing files on Google Drive
As for communication preferences, I'd like to have regular video calls to provide feedback and discuss any updates on the tasks.
Ideal candidates for this role should have:
- Proven experience with data entry tasks
- Prior experience with Trello and Google Drive preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, specifically for video calls
