Pacin Levine, P.A. is a rapidly expanding South Florida Law Firm seeking a Full-Time Office Services Clerk/Courier for its Miami location. Duties include but are not limited to: Make deliveries and pickups from clients and vendors utilizing a company truck. Support Management in various office administration duties. Sort and prepare documents for imaging. Scan and verify documents Light duty lifting of boxes up to 15 pounds. Filing of documents at the courthouse Preparing offices and workstations for new hires. May assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks. Perform basic clerical tasks. May require computer and data entry skills. Other administrative responsibilities as requested. Bi-lingual is a must. Must have a valid Florida Driver’s license and auto insurance Must have no DUIs or DWIs on their driving record Must have no moving violations for the last 3 years This position offers great pay, bonuses, health benefits and tremendous opportunity for growth.
