In my previous roles, I was responsible for providing customer support to over 10,000 users, mostly via phone call and e-mail. I worked at A1 Telekom, Assist Digital and I have a strong track record of resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently, and I am skilled at providing clear and concise instructions. I am also experienced in using a variety of customer support tools, software and CRMs.
In addition to my customer support experience, I am also a highly motivated and results oriented individual. Also I take my job seriously and I'm good at what I do. However, it's worth noting that I'm not fully involved in the watch industry, but am willing to educate myself and to catch up with what I don't know.
