We are looking for a talented Real Estate Advertisement Copywriter to join our team at a hard money lending company. As the ideal candidate, you should be creative, knowledgeable about real estate and have experience writing compelling ad copy. Responsibilities: • Write engaging and effective ad copy for banners, flyers, emails and other marketing materials • Edit existing pieces of content to ensure accuracy and consistency with brand standards • Take initiative in researching new ways to reach target audiences through various campaigns including online ads and social media platforms • Collaborate with design teams to create visually compelling advertising material that resonates with intended users • Track performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTRs) on all campaigns • Remain up-to-date on industry trends in order to offer clients the best advice on their campaigns Include the statement "Hard Money Copywriter" when you submit a proposal. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field and/or 3+ years of professional experience as a copywriter, preferably in the real estate industry • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and ad targeting capabilities • Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy • A creative approach to problem-solving and an ability to come up with fresh ideas • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics • Excellent time management skills
