I am expert in probability and statistics with a PhD degree and I am a professional programmer. It would be my pleasure to work on your project. It's impossible to develop a strategy or a program that would make you win every game but I can develop a strategy and write a program to increase your chances up to their theoretical limit (that is, make them as high as possible ). Good day to you! I am a proficient C/C++ programmer and a matematician with a lot of knowledge in probability theory. I think I'll be able to help you with the software. I guess we need some sort of console tool (i.e. no graphical user interface) that would be able to predict chances to win depending on which cards were taken from a deck in previous games (i.e. implement «card counting» strategy at its finest), am I correct? If so, that's perfect! Price and time may depend on what and how do you want it to be done, up or even down. Feel free to ask if something is unclear. Why would anyone who truly can create what you ask, do it for you? They'd of course just apply their knowledge on the blackjack table themselves. I don't propose that I can. But I can translate your ideas into statistical programming, for you to test. Let me know if you are interested in that.
