I need help building a scheduler for the department courses, given Instructor preference form, student-course counts, courses-pre-requisities, to produce a final schedule with the instructor names assinged to courses (some with labs) with timings. I also want it to allow edits and show conflicts of time if any plus ability to add Rules (eg.
