Forms for Office 2011, 2007 and 2010

We have a hybrid corporate environment that uses Office 365 AND Outlook 2011 for MAC on half our computers, and the other half are PCs with Office 2007 and 2010. We share calendars. We need to add four fields to our calendar meetings and appointments and our Tasks on both platforms: Client, Project, Code and Billable. We also need to generate a monthly report that we can export to excel, that has the following fields: Client, Project, Code, Billable, Type (meeting, appointment or task) description (which could be the subject line) and time (in minutes or hours) The idea is that we already have most of our time tracking information on outlook, but we need additional details so it becomes useful for billing. Every time you create an appointment, meeting or task you will be required to enter a client, project, code and determine if the item is billable or not.
