URGENT: INFORMATION THEORY PROGRAMMING PROJECT

I have implemented Chase Algorithm and I had a need to use the traditional Algebraic Decoding Algorithm, ( The syndrome Decoding U have mentioned ) as part of the process. U can approach me if u need help. I have published a research paper on decoding algorithms. And I know to handle this very easily.
