Need strategic business development plan to scale up SME loans sales funnel from 2x to 20x

Assignment: 1. Consider Business Loans as a lending product of Open. 2. Consider India as target geography (to start with, consider 1 state each in North, West, East and South). Do some basic market research on what target segment (SMEs/MSMEs is very top level, need more downward target on customer segment), regions, customer base should we look at. 3. Prepare a plan for growing the business loan book of Open in this city from 20-30 Cr/month to 160-200 Cr/month (on an avg. of 40-50 Cr/state/month). 4. Consider 3 channels - 1. Digital channel (digital marketing campaigns etc.) 2. Direct/Physical selling (FOS) channels, and 3. Channel partners (DSAs, sub-DSAs, Connectors etc). To start with, consider a 35-40-25 split of Digital-FOS-Channel partners. 5. Consider only disbursements for the loan book size. 6. Prepare a plan for 4 months (should be quantitative + qualitative - involve some market research) - how to grow the loan disbursement book; how to hire, build and grow teams; how to build a strong community for Open (as a brand) in that region. Plan should be an actionable plan (and not just high level). 7. Make necessary assumptions wherever required.
