Virtual Assistant for Book Keeping

I need somebody to do some of my book-keeping work: Requirements: Must know QuickBooks, must be proficient in web browsing, should own his/her own Internet connection. Meeting 1 hour on-line meeting per week is required. Weekly time-sheet is required to be submitted. You must provide references to prove that you are trustworthy to manage personal and corporate information. ## Deliverables **Office Work** **---------------** * Pay all bills on time * Move money to and from the various accounts * Balance statements in QuickBooks * Import credit card transactions and do reconciliations * Enter transactions into QB from email * Send Invoices and Reminders to customers * Call vendors for disputes and customers for payments * Organize scanned files in dropbox or import files if needed * Get weekly sales and spendings information * Get all tax statements ready * Support for hiring people (in terms of managing resume, requirements, candidates etc) * Do Internet search on various things **Personal Work** **-------------------** * Pay all Bills * Balance all statements * Keep track of returns, warranty etc. * Schedule payments * Write letter to vendors and other government agencies * organize dropbox for personal files * Research on Internet to find information or good deals * Do Internet search
