Customer Support Specialist

I am looking for a customer support specialist to help with clients who are looking for help with their websites, whether it is creating a website or adding elements to it. We need a wide range of skills, but you must be able to convey our client's needs to our developers. Our clients are mostly nonprofit organizations with small budgets. This will be an ongoing, long-term project.
