Being a customer service representative for around 8 years on multiple projects including AT&T, Symatec Tech Support, McAfee Customer Service, Checkmyflights flights reservation. Been trained to handle escalations, irate customers and been supervising and leading a team of 30 customer service representatives training them and coaching them regularly. I am fully available to work 8 hours if it is required. My command in English is impeccable and am the best in the field. If typing is required, I'm very proficient at replying promptly with a 117 words per minute typing speed at my arsenal. Being tech savvy, multitasking is a breeze as I can chat with around 6-10 people at the same time without a lag in response times. Notably, I've worked in chat projects for AT&T ConnecTech and AT&T Home Solutions.I've also trained people in customer service handling and handling different psychology of customers. I've also been in sales projects with AT&T if that will come as a requirement.
