My agency will not move away from having hand signed forms and documents.   Before someone is hired, we mail a packet containing forms to complete and turn in on their first day along with other agency information. When they arrive on their first day, (aside from the documents they’ve received in the mail), we provide more forms to complete. So they’re stressed by starting a new job, and now they have to shuffle through all these forms and papers, it’s a lot to deal with. I’ve already started the process of changing this.
