I am Sai. Currently, I am a stay at home mom and is looking for a home-based job. I have a background in Sales, Marketing, Call Center and Office Administration. With more than 10 years of work experience in industries like IT, BPOs/Call Center, Distribution and a start up company which specializes in unconventional Travels. I have dealt with both local and foreign clients and customers as well as employers.
I may have stopped working since I became a mom, but this doesn’t stop me from learning. I am skillful in providing quality customer service, customer satisfaction and even complaints. I can also type fast with accuracy, good in organizational skills like managing schedules, appointment set up and database build up.
I also have a basic knowledge with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
I am keen to learn new things that I may not be exposed to yet. I am self-driven, able to multi-task and is willing to be trained if necessary.
